You will be sent a text message containing the service access number 14 days after you have registered with Wire3 to inform you that your account is active.

When using the service

To make a call you simply dial the service access number from the telephone number entered via the keys on your telephone keypad during registration, then when prompted enter the number of the person you wish to speak to.

Please note that if you try to call the Wire3 service from any telephone number other than the one entered via the keys on your telephone keypad during registration the service won't work.

To allow you to speed dial -

We recommend that you configure your address book as follows to simplify using the service:

  • Select the mobile number you want in your address book
  • Edit the number by inserting the service access number in front of your mobile number followed by a pause - this is shown as special letter P. To insert this pause, press the * button 3 times)
  • Save the number
  • Repeat as required
To make a call just then select your choosen telephone number, press the dial button and await to be connected, it's a simple as that!

To use the Wire3 service your caller id detail must be enabled on your phone (this means that you cannot use the service if you withhold your number).
