This service is only intended for Mobile Phone users who are UK residents aged 16 years and over. To register for the Wire3 Mobile Club please dial 09061 100010 and select the 'New member' option and follow the simple on line instructions. (Calls to this number are charged at £1.50 per minute and we recommend that you don't ring from a mobile as it could cost you more). For every full minute you are online we will credit back the full £1.50 to your Wire3 mobile account. Please remember to get prior permission from the bill payer of the line you are using to register as you are effectively moving money from one account to another. You can register in less than 3 minutes and once registered your Wire3 Mobile Club Account will be set up within 14 days, you will be sent a text message informing you that your account is ready for use along with your up to date account balance. You can top up your Wire3 account at any time; just dial the above number again, this time selecting the member option and following the simple on line instructions. Shortly after topping up you will receive a text message informing you of your up to the minute balance on your account. For security reasons your inbound call will be disconnected after 6 minutes, this will increase your account by a maximum of £9.00 each time you call, you can however call as often as you like. (Calls from mobiles could cost more so we recommend you ring using a fixed line telephone). The ongoing cost of using the Wire3 service is just £3.00 per month and is only paid in arrears. This monthly charge will be made to your mobile phone by way of two £1.50 premium text messages, which will also conveniently inform you of your monthly Wire3 Club Account Balance. Wire3 reserve the right to alternatively deduct this monthly charge from your Wire3 club account balance. In this event it would still only be charged in arrears. The only other payment you make is for the cost of your calls. You will pay your own network provider for the UK national call to the Wire3 Access number (normally between 5p and 15p per minute) plus the Wire3 charge per minute listed under Call Charges listed on these pages. The vast majority of mobile users will make significant call cost savings using the Wire3 service, but we recommend that you double check the call charges against your current suppliers charges to establish exactly which destinations will save you the most money. For example some users who are on the large monthly payment contracts with their current mobile network may only make savings using the Wire3 service for international calls to certain destinations. There is no minimum term to this agreement and you may cancel your Wire3 membership at any time via one of the following options: Text the word STOP to 83066 (Text Charged at your normal network rate) E-mail customer.services@Wire3.net quoting the word STOP and your mobile number. Phone customer services on: 0845 122 0837 Quoting your mobile number and asking us to STOP your service. (calls charged at 10 pence per minute from a UK landline) Your account will then be closed within 48hours and no further charges will be incurred. Once your account is closed you will not be able to use the service provided by the Wire3 Mobile Club and you will not be entitled to a refund of any credit accrued on your Wire3 Club account. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. Thereafter you may re-subscribe to the Wire3 Mobile Club at any time. Wire3 Mobile Club Account Credits have a cash value of 0.00001p per £1. To use the Wire3 service your caller id detail must be enabled on your phone (this means that you cannot use the service if you withhold your number). When you dial the Wire3 access number from within the UK, your CLI (Caller Line Identity) will be recognised and matched against the number that we hold for your account.You are then free to make calls through your Wire3 account, therefore all callsmade from your account can only be made through your personal mobile and you will be held responsible for any reported misuse. By joining the Wire3 Mobile Club you agree to receive at no cost, other ad hoc promotional messages and offers from Wire3.net and our very carefully selected partners. You may opt out of receiving any of the above promotional messages at any time by texting the word STOP to 07786 200117 (Text charged at your normal network rate). Wire3 reserves the right to terminate your club membership at the end of any given month or immediately if it feels that any security of the club has been breached. By using this Service you are bound by this Accepted Use Policy specified herein. If you do not wish to be bound by this Accepted Use Policy then you cannot use the Wire3 service. Wire3 may change its terms and conditions and pricing and policies at any time which will become effective immediately upon posting to these pages. This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a Consumer. ACCEPTED USE POLICY This Service may be used by any registered person for the making mobile phone calls to users of compatible devices with any network prefix listed under Call Charges. Before dialling the premium rate top up line to top up your Wire3 account you agree that you have the bill payers permission and that you could be responsible for settling any incurred charges if you have not. Due to the disparate nature of the worldwide telecommunication networks, calls outside of the UK can sometimes be hit and miss, especially to under developed nations. As with any mobile operator, Wire3 cannot be held responsible for the quality of any third party network services outside of its direct control. This site may only be used by genuine personal mobile phone users. No automated process may be employed to make calls through the Wire3 service. Records are stored of every call, its origination and destination, and if automated calling is discovered, as the responsible party you agree to be invoiced for every single call at a price of £1.00 per minute per UK call and £2.50 per minute for International calls plus any additional incurred costs and administration charges. Failure to pay these charges will result in legal action. By using this Service you agree to abide by this term and the spirit of the Service, as reasonably and practically interpreted. You agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this Service. Use of this Service to make abusive calls can be traced to the originator upon request from the Police and they will be liable for prosecution under the 1988 Malicious Communications Act. Wire3 and the Mobile Networks are not responsible for content of calls made by users of the Service. Wire3 will co-operate with official inquiries into misuse of the Service. |
